I am pleased to announce the nomination of Daniel Domenico to serve as Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Colorado. As a Judge on the Federal District Court in Colorado, Dan has displayed an exemplary record of protecting Citizens' Constitutional Rights. Before becoming a Judge, Dan spent a decade as Colorado's Solicitor General where he defended Colorado's Taxpayer Bill of Rights, and challenged Radical Government Overreach. A proud graduate of Georgetown University and University of Virginia School of Law, Dan was the first Law Clerk of the Great Judge Timothy Tymkovich, and is now being nominated to succeed him on the Court. The wonderful people of Colorado can have great confidence that Dan will deliver strong results, defend the Constitution, and uphold the Rule of Law on the Tenth Circuit. Congratulations Dan!
