I am proud to announce the nomination of Angela Colmenero to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Angela has done an incredible job as Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Greg Abbott and, previously, as his Principal Deputy General Counsel. Before joining the Governor's Office, Angela worked as an attorney, and Senior Official in the Office of the Texas Attorney General. A proud graduate of Notre Dame Law School and the University of Texas, Angela clerked for Judge A. Joe Fish, and is well prepared to serve the wonderful people of Texas. She will do a tremendous job, and always protect our Great Constitution. Congratulations Angela!
