Question 00:00:24-00:00:37 (13 sec)

Mr. President, the Irish are paying 40% more for home heating oil than they were before the war. What is your message to them?

Donald Trump 00:00:37-00:00:59 (22 sec)

Well, I think what happens if they open up, and you open up and the UK, the North Sea, the prices will tumble. As soon as they open up the great North Sea, and they haven't, one of the most valuable sites in the world that's open, your prices go way down. Thank you very much.
