U.S. intercepted Ukraine government messages discussing plot to route money to Biden re-election

Newly-unclassified documents show that in 2022 Ukrainian officials discussed diverting hundreds of millions of U.S. tax dollars -- earmarked for clean energy -- back to Biden's ill-fated 2024 campaign.
