Remarks: Donald Trump Holds a Virtual Tele-Rally for Mike Mazzei - August 24, 2026

Well, thank you very much. And hello, Oklahoma. It's really a very special time because, uh, Mike is doing a fantastic job, I hear it from everybody. But tomorrow, Tuesday, August 25th, you have a very important runoff election in your state, a state that I love after winning it. You know, I won it three times.

I won all 77 out of 77 counties. They went for Trump all three times, and all record votes each time getting higher. So that's an honor. It's, uh, never been done before. And, uh, the man I just, uh, beat, he was at 56, was Ronald Reagan. So I feel good about that. I love Ronald Reagan. It's an honor. But think of it, 77 out of 77 counties all three times.

So somewhere along the line, somebody over there likes me and I like them. Uh, tomorrow, I'm asking you to get out and vote for MAGA warrior, that's what he is, Mike Mazzei, to be the next governor of Oklahoma. Mike has my complete and total endorsement. Uh, he spent many years upholding Oklahoma values in the State Senate, one of the most highly respected people in the Senate.

And then he became your extremely well-respected budget secretary where he did a fantastic job, where he used all of his might and intellect to protect your tax dollars. You have great low taxes because of him. And because Mike is a smart, very smart guy from an accounting standpoint and every other standpoint, he built the largest state savings account in Oklahoma history by far, and he saved $10 billion in the Oklahoma taxpayers with, uh, the various things that he did.

And I have good news for you, and even Mike doesn't know this, but I just got a call from a very respected man. Your head of Homeland Security happens to come from, uh, he's the Secretary of Homeland Security, happens to come from Oklahoma, Markwayne Mullin. And he has just given his complete and total endorsement to Mike.

And, uh, that's really fantastic. So Mike, uh, you, you heard it from me before you hear it from him, but he just called in to let, let me know that it'd be his honor to do that. And I didn't have to even tell him to do it. I guess I probably could have. I don't know. He does work for me. But he wanted to do it. He thinks Mike is great.

And he does not like your opponent, I will say that. So Mike is also a very successful businessman, and he knows that, uh, we need to grow, he needs exa- -- everything about the economy in terms of creating jobs, cutting taxes, and above all, putting America first, which is what I've done. We have great polling numbers because we put America first.

The country's never been stronger. We have $19.2 trillion being invested in the country. And by the way, and, you know, I, I will tell you that I'm fully aware of the Oklahoma primary aluminum plant. And I can say this, this country desperately needs aluminum. I know the people that are behind that plant, they're unlimited wealth.

They will do an unbelievable job. They're very excited about it. And it'll be a tremendous job producer. It'll reduce your taxes because they'll pay a lot of taxes and getting very little relative to, uh, you know, what they're, what they're doing. And they have every State of the Union practically that would like to get them.

So, uh, I, I'm not speaking for Mike or anybody else. I'm just giving a plug for that because I know the people and they are, uh, very fine people with unlimited money that will do the right job. And it'll be a lot of jobs and a lot of taxes. And, you know, selfishly, we need aluminum in this country. We don't have it. We get it all from Canada, for the most part, and we need it badly.

So it'll be unbelievable for Oklahoma. So I know a lot of, there's a lot of support, but there's some people that are against it for political reasons. But I think, politically, it's good. Otherwise, I wouldn't mention it in this call. But Mike is a leader who will give you better schools and safer communities.

As your next governor, he will fight for Oklahoma's farmers and ranchers, which I have always done. I think I got 99% from the farmers and ranchers. I do wanna get the beef prices down a little bit, if you don't mind, and ge- -- get the beef prices down. But would defend your amazing oil and gas workers, uphold law and order, and protect our cherished Second Amendment.

Mike's gonna do all of that. And his runoff election opponent is Gentner Drummond, who is considered to be, by everybody, and I don't know the gentleman, but he is considered by everybody I know to be a total rhino. He donated to Sleepy Joe Biden and the totally corrupt and anti-American Lincoln Project, which is one of the worst.

It was disgusting what they did. And, uh, always fighting, and fighting the, the good people, which supports open borders. Lincoln Project supports open borders, men playing in women's sports, and transgender mutilization of your children. And, uh, you can forget about this guy. Ev- -- everybody I know dislikes him.

Gentner Drummond does not stand for the values of Oklahoma, and he's a guy that would be, uh, uh, I think a disaster. Frankly, I think he'd be a disaster as your governor. So that's enough about him. But I can say that Mike Mazzei is just the opposite. He's the right man for the job. He's gonna have my total support as president.

He'll be working with me. And when, uh, when the, when the time needs or if the problem ever comes, I will be very much inclined to go with him because he's a winner. He's a great guy and he loves that state as I do. And then again, when you get the 77 out of 77, you really, you have to love it. And they have to like me a lot.

So tomorrow, Tuesday, August 25th, get out and vote, vote, vote for Mike. And, uh, Mike Mazzei for governor, he'll, he'll do a fantastic job. He will never, ever let you down.
