I am pleased to announce the nomination of Philip Aubart to the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina! Phil is currently the First Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of North Carolina, where he once served in the Office's Violent Crimes Section, and is also a member of the U.S. Army JAG Corps. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Duke University School of Law, Phil previously clerked for Judge Terrence Boyle on the Eastern District of North Carolina, and has always delivered strong results for the Great People of North Carolina. Phil has earned the backing of both of his State's Senators, Ted Budd and Thom Tillis and, additionally, is strongly recommended by Republican Candidate for United States Senate, and former Head of the Republican Party, Michael Whatley.
