So we had the most incredible job numbers. They came out many times higher than anticipated. The economy is doing well, except for yesterday because of the vote. The country lost $3 trillion in value. We had a stock market that lost $3 trillion in value because of the vote. But the jobs numbers, which just got announced, 165,000. That was far in excess of what they thought.
They were thinking about 20,000 or 30,000, and they ended up 165,000 new jobs. Yeah.
[Inaudible] Susie Wiles' departure --
Yeah, Stephen Miller will be the new chief of staff. And Susie is going to go over to the political operation.
What do you want Stephen Miller to do differently?
Just run things well.
You said, you said about a month ago that there was zero chance that Wiles was going to be replaced, so what changed, sir?
What do you have?
I just want to know why you decided to make that decision.
Just, I wanted to make a change. Uh, I think Susie's done a very good job, great job, but I just wanted to make it. Stephen's been great, and, uh, we got to make -- we got to make moves. Sometimes -- sometimes in life, you have to make moves.
[Crosstalk]
Mr. President, what about, why did you choose Stephen Miller?
Stephen's been with you since the beginning -- Stephen's been with me from beginning. He gets it, very good politically and he's a very good man. He'll do a great job, great manager.
[Crosstalk]
What is your message for Iran?
We've beaten Iran. We are doing very well with Iran. We're talking to Iran. We have been. We haven't lost a soldier in seven months, or six months. Uh, we have the Hormuz Strait opening, doing more business than they've ever done with oil, and we're doing very well and we are talking to them. [Inaudible]
How does it feel being a loser, Mr. President?
