It is my honor to nominate John Guard to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida! John has passionately served the Great State of Florida, as the State's Chief Deputy Attorney General, and as Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida. John is extremely talented, earning his B.A. from Florida State University, and his J.D, Summa Cum Laude, from Tulane University School of Law. The role of a Judge has NEVER BEEN MORE IMPORTANT than it is today, and John will make this Country proud. Congratulations John!
