It is my Great Honor to nominate Justin Smith to serve as Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in Missouri. Justin is a very Smart and Talented Attorney, who received his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, and is the Co-Owner of the James D. Otis Law Group. Justin has defended many of my Common Sense and Popular Policies, like Energy Dominance and Keeping Men Out of Women's Sports. Justin also played a BIG role in securing a Supreme Court Landmark Victory on Presidential Immunity.
