I am pleased to nominate Brad Kelley to serve as Judge on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Brad is a "Double-Tiger," receiving both his Undergraduate and Law Degrees from LSU. He clerked for Judge Donald Walter of the Western District of Louisiana, was the former Chief Counsel to then EEOC Commissioner, now our Acting Secretary of Labor, Keith Sonderling, and now is a Partner at a major International Law Firm. Brad is also a proud U.S. Army Veteran, and has the strong support of both Louisiana's Senators for this new position.
