A very special man, Tommy Tuberville, great football coach by the way. He's running for governor. I don't know, you know, he was a great senator. I'd like to keep him in the Senate, but he wants to be a governor, and that's okay with me because everything he does, he does well. He's gonna be a great governor.

He's gonna be and cherish all of the values that the people of Alabama won by 45 points, and that means I know you and you know me, and we love each other. Uh, Tommy's gonna be a great governor, and you need a great governor, so important. And he just wanted to do it and could've been a senator for the rest of his life.

He wanted to go in and be governor because he's gonna do things that are so good, and I'm gonna work with him.
