Speech: Donald Trump Holds a Midterm Political Rally in Corinth, Mississippi - October 26, 2026

12:00 AM
Donald Trump 00:00:00-00:00:03 (4 sec)

Well, thank you very much. [Audience chants "USA"]

Donald Trump 00:00:03-00:00:54 (50 sec)

Thank you very much, and a very, very special hello to Mississippi. We've been doing the rounds -- We've been doing the rounds, but I'm thrilled to be back in this beautiful state, which I won all three times with more votes than any candidate in Mississippi history by far. And eight days from now, the people of Mississippi are going to reelect my great friend -- she's unbelievable, frankly -- Cindy Hyde-Smith to the United States Senate.

Donald Trump 00:00:54-00:01:28 (34 sec)

We got another guy over here, Roger. Thank you, Roger Wicker. What a great guy. But it's not your turn. I'll be here for you, too. I'll be here for Roger. I always am. Thank you very much. Across the state line in Tennessee, we're going to elect Marsha Blackburn as the governor -- And we're going to defeat the radical left Dumocrats and elect a Republican House and a Republican Senate, and we're going to continue the work that we've been doing.

Donald Trump 00:01:28-00:02:05 (38 sec)

But I'm here today in Mississippi for a very special reason: to stop a Marxist radical left Soros district attorney from being elected to the United States Senate. We don't want that person. Cindy's opponent, Scott Colom, became the district attorney with nearly $1 million directly from George Soros -- without Soros, he couldn't have done it -- who funded Colom to set loose thousands and thousands of dangerous criminals to prey on people of Mississippi, and they have.

Donald Trump 00:02:05-00:02:29 (24 sec)

And they have. You've seen the result. As district attorney, Colom has done the radical left's bidding, releasing one out of every three criminals arrested in his district without charges -- everybody was fine with him, except a Republican. I'm sure he went after Republicans -- but slashing charges for serial sex offenders and savage murderers, which he did.

Donald Trump 00:02:29-00:03:00 (30 sec)

He's -- there's something wrong with these people, I'll tell you. There's something wrong. And by the way, have you seen the crowd outside? 22,000 people watching. We love you out there. They're watching. They're watching the Jumbotrons. No, we've needed them at every arena in the country we're having this.

Donald Trump 00:03:00-00:03:38 (38 sec)

It's totally changed the dialog. You know, presidents, Republican or Democrat, for whatever reason, don't do well ever, almost every -- two out of 25. They never do well, for some reason. Nobody's explained it. Why I'm going to ask Roger and Cindy for a little lesson why. But for some reason, presidents don't do well in the midterm, no matter how good they are, even if they're great like us, together, for whatever -- But I will say nobody has ever campaigned -- nobody's ever campaigned like I have for midterms.

Donald Trump 00:03:38-00:04:15 (37 sec)

I haven't. And on November 3rd, the people of this state need to tell the radical left Dumocrats that Mississippi is not sending a Soros communist to the Senate, you're reelecting America first patriot -- she really is -- Cindy Hyde-Smith, thanks. How's the crowd, Cindy? Pretty good. You didn't expect -- well, you do. We've had it. You know, when fine -- Cindy first ran, she ran against a guy who was terrible, actually.

Donald Trump 00:04:15-00:04:35 (21 sec)

And she called, could you help me with a little rally? And I said, oh, Cindy, I'm so busy. I was trying to get myself elected too, you know? I said I'm so busy. So, we did a rally in the north or the south. I don't know where the hell it was. And then she called me. She said, sir, could you do another one today?

Donald Trump 00:04:35-00:05:06 (31 sec)

I said you gotta be kidding. And we did and you won in a landslide, right? And it's been that way -- and it's been that way ever since. But Scott -- Scott Colom is a fake, a shameless phony who pretends to be a moderate. He always -- like, I've seen this guy. He's not a moderate. But he sits on the board of an organization that wants to defund the police and abolish all prisons.

Donald Trump 00:05:06-00:05:09 (3 sec)

Something's going wrong with these people. [Audience boos]

Donald Trump 00:05:09-00:05:38 (29 sec)

Do you know in North Carolina -- in North Carolina, they have a guy who allowed 88 prisoners, all murderers, to get out of jail because he was concerned about them catching COVID. They went out and they killed 25 people very shortly. In other words, the 88 went out. And of the 88, 25 people immediately, almost, committed murder, killed 25 people.

Donald Trump 00:05:38-00:06:06 (28 sec)

And he's -- he was the governor. He pretends he's a moderate also. But he was terrible. His name is Roy Cooper. He -- I can't get over it. And the press doesn't cover it. And Michael Whatley, who's running, was the head of the whole Republican Party, is fantastic. And the press doesn't cover it. And we had a governor a long time ago in Massachusetts named Dukakis, and he let out a guy named Willie Horton.

Donald Trump 00:06:06-00:06:29 (23 sec)

And Willie Horton went out and raped and killed almost immediately three people -- three women, raped, killed, raped, killed, raped, killed, and that was the end of Dukakis. For some reason, you know, they -- then you saw it, but they don't -- they don't say -- think of it, 88 people, murderers, allowed out because the guy didn't want them to catch COVID.

Donald Trump 00:06:29-00:07:03 (34 sec)

Who the hell cared if they caught COVID? [Laughter] And they mostly were young, strong people who weren't going to catch COVID. And he let him out and they killed 25 people. I can't believe it, that this guy's leading and nobody wants to talk about it. And one guy was let out years ago, which was obviously a horror show, but nothing like this that happened with all these people being killed.

Donald Trump 00:07:03-00:07:15 (12 sec)

And so, it's crazy. You know, we have a very corrupt media. That's the problem, very corrupt media. [Audience boos]

Donald Trump 00:07:15-00:07:27 (12 sec)

But he's -- he's teamed up with one of the most dishonest -- just a criminal, as far as I'm concerned, Attorney General Letitia James in New York -- [Audience boos]

Donald Trump 00:07:27-00:07:56 (29 sec)

The worst -- one of the worst. She's one of the worst. She's the worst, probably. I think she's worse -- I think she's even worse than Keith Ellison in Minnesota, but he's really bad -- to support the pro-criminal Marxist agenda and promote the transgender mutilation of your children. Can you imagine? Can you imagine standing here 15 years ago and talking about the transgender mutilization?

Donald Trump 00:07:56-00:08:22 (26 sec)

Everybody would say this politician's -- Roger, this politician's crazy. Why -- why is he talking about men playing in women's sports? Why is he talking about transgender mutilization? Why -- why is he talking about there will never be open borders again? They allowed 25 million people in. Who could imagine brand new open borders. 15 years ago, if you would have talked about things like this, they would have said get this guy off the stage.

Donald Trump 00:08:22-00:08:49 (27 sec)

He's crazy. But that's why we're fighting, right, Cindy Hyde? That's why we're fighting. And they want to get -- you know, they want to take away your guns. All these guys, they're the same. They're the same. There's a sickness out there. But with Cindy Hyde-Smith in the Senate and Donald J Trump in the White House, we will always defend your Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

Donald Trump 00:08:49-00:09:10 (21 sec)

So, in this election, if you would, I'm asking you to pretend that I'm on the ballot. And the reason is that, when I'm on the ballot, exactly 49 percent more people show up. We've won every one of those times that I'm on the ballot big. And the problem is, when I'm not -- They don't show up as much. And in one way, it's a compliment.

Donald Trump 00:09:10-00:09:32 (22 sec)

It's -- another way, you really just have to pretend. And in a certain way, I am on the ballot because all of these things, all of these tax cuts that we'll be talking about, the no tax on tips and no tax on Social Security for the seniors, no tax on overtime -- So many other things, no estate tax when you leave your children a farm.

Donald Trump 00:09:32-00:09:50 (18 sec)

How about that? No estate tax when you leave your children your farm, your small business, all of those things are going to be put back immediately into play. And you're going to say, gee, we should have showed up to vote. But early voting is underway. And go vote. And we want to win in a landslide. Make it too big to rig.

Donald Trump 00:09:50-00:10:06 (15 sec)

Remember too big to rig? And in breaking news, just last week it was revealed that Ilhan Omar, one of the great Congresspeople [Audience boos]

Donald Trump 00:10:06-00:10:44 (39 sec)

Ilhan Omar, that her name is not Ilhan Omar, the one she used to get elected and sworn into Congress, but rather it's an entirely different name, named Ellen Nur Saeed Elmi. And the last name is incredibly -- I'm sure you'll be shocked to hear this, incredibly, it's also the exact name of her brother, Ahmed Nur Saeed Elmi. [Audience boos]

Donald Trump 00:10:44-00:11:12 (28 sec)

The person they said she married and had children with, lovely children. When asked whether or not she married her brother, she said, not to my knowledge, no. You know what that's from, a lawyer told her to say that. When a lawyer knows you're guilty, a question like that, the lawyer always says, pretend you don't know.

Donald Trump 00:11:12-00:12:03 (51 sec)

That was not a good answer. I don't know. I don't know what she could have answered. Not to my knowledge, she said. Therefore, because she used a fake name to be sworn in, I assume that we must immediately resign her from Congress. Let's get her the hell out of there. So hear ye, hear ye, please inform the speaker of the House of Representatives, James Michael Johnson, that the Democrat Party has just conceded the former Ilhan Omar's seat and that Ellen Nur Saeed Elmi, her real name, has openly admitted to fraud and that she will no longer be legally allowed to be a member of that August body.

Donald Trump 00:12:03-00:12:32 (29 sec)

The last time the radical Dumocrats had power, they gave us the worst inflation in American history, the highest energy prices in American history, the worst trade deficit in American history. They allowed 25 million people to pour across our borders from all over the world. And if they win the midterms, they will do it all again.

Donald Trump 00:12:32-00:13:04 (32 sec)

They'll start it all again. The proud people of Mississippi will never let that happen. So -- nice looking guys, these guys. [Inaudible] with those cowboy hats. I love those cowboy -- I don't know if it works for me. I love the cowboy -- I love Texas. You know, I won Texas. I won Texas three times in the highest vote in the history of Texas.

Donald Trump 00:13:04-00:13:31 (27 sec)

I won Florida three times in the highest vote in the history of Florida. I won, just like everything, so many. This is one of them, one of them, highest vote in history, all three times. I don't know, you like me, I like you, that's just the way it is. But -- But I would like to wear some of those cow -- you know, I'm going to Texas, I think tomorrow.

Donald Trump 00:13:31-00:13:55 (24 sec)

We're campaigning for a guy who's a great -- a great attorney general. He's, uh, he's running against Talafreako, a freak. And I think he's doing pretty well. I think, I hope so. You know, I'm here because, Cindy's doing great, but I just got to make sure. I can't take a chance. I can't take a chance. She's got no problem.

Donald Trump 00:13:55-00:14:16 (20 sec)

The only problem is sometimes, and this happens in -- sometimes when you think somebody is doing so well, nobody votes. They all stay home. Oh, she's Cindy's great, she's going to do -- no problem, let's stay home. And then bad things happen, Cindy, right? So that's why I'm here. Just get out and vote because she's -- she's going to win big.

Donald Trump 00:14:16-00:14:48 (32 sec)

But less than two years ago, the radical left Democrats handed us the dark age of America but we quickly turned it into the golden age of America, and that's what we are. And no other president has ever accomplished so much in such a short -- we've accomplished more in a short period of time, and with the help of a lot of great people in this room, but we rebuilt our military, Roger, like never before.

Donald Trump 00:14:48-00:15:11 (23 sec)

Gave a lot of it away to different places, but we're -- we're building more now than we've ever built before, Roger Wicker. We achieved the most secure border in American history in the past 17 months, zero illegal alien -- think of that, zero illegal aliens have been admitted into the United States. Zero.

Donald Trump 00:15:11-00:15:39 (27 sec)

Good. Record numbers of illegal alien criminals have been taken off the streets, and in less than two years, we have achieved the largest drop in violent crime ever recorded, with the murder rate at the lowest level on 125 years, the year 1900. And that's with millions of people allowed into our country who committed crimes.

Donald Trump 00:15:39-00:16:06 (27 sec)

We got many of them out. We're getting the rest of them out. In case you had any question, we're getting the rest of them out, too, but we got -- it was the hardest thing. The inflation, we've done great with. The -- you know, we're down to, the last three months, 1.7 percent the last three months. But -- and the oil's going to come rocketing down as soon as we finish off our little situation with a group of absolute killers.

Donald Trump 00:16:06-00:16:35 (29 sec)

Just today it was announced by the Department of Justice that last year we had over 100,000 fewer rapes, 170,000 fewer robberies, half a million fewer burglaries, and almost 700,000 fewer violent crimes than when I took office. Big -- big numbers. And I deployed the National Guard to restore law and order to a place called Memphis.

Donald Trump 00:16:35-00:16:56 (21 sec)

Do you know it, Memphis? No, I got a call from the governor saying, we got a problem. I got a call in Louisiana too, same thing, New Orleans. They were in deep trouble and we have the crime down 82 percent in Memphis, 81 percent in New Orleans. We sent in our National Guard and a lot of very, very strong people.

Donald Trump 00:16:56-00:17:23 (27 sec)

You know, we won a big case in the Supreme Court. We won a -- a thing called merit. In other words, you're allowed to be a very strong person, a big, strong person to be a soldier. We don't have to use people that aren't equipped to be a soldier, like people that are physically weak, don't know how to fight, don't want to fight, and would be very good at something else.

Donald Trump 00:17:23-00:17:48 (25 sec)

Merit. We won merit. You get into college now based on merit. Nobody can believe that we won this. I -- I thought -- I thought, wow. You get into the military based on merit. In Memphis alone, we arrested 13,000 dangerous career criminals and removed more than 2,000 illegal firearms from the hands of some of the worst criminals you've ever seen.

Donald Trump 00:17:48-00:18:10 (22 sec)

Crime's down 81, 82 percent. In much less than two years, we've done -- by the way, speaking of crime, I have to tell you, so I went to Washington, DC, and that place was really in trouble. It was so crime-ridden, the worst it's ever been, under Sleepy Joe Biden, the worst it's ever been. Three people were being killed every single week.

Donald Trump 00:18:10-00:18:28 (18 sec)

Three people. Nobody knows that. They come in from Iowa, they came from Indiana, they came from Mississippi, and you'd call the parents, I'm sorry, your son, your daughter is dead. They came to see the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, uh, I'm sorry, ma'am, your son is dead, going to the Capitol, our Capitol.

Donald Trump 00:18:28-00:18:57 (29 sec)

And now, in just a short period of time, the capital is the safest it's ever been in recorded history. We don't make those calls anymore. We don't make those calls anymore. We don't make those calls anymore. It's down 84 percent, but it's going to be -- I mean, I think it's much better than that, even. No, it was terrible.

Donald Trump 00:18:57-00:19:21 (25 sec)

You couldn't go to a restaurant. People would walk to the White House, they'd get mugged or killed. We had a -- one of my top people got killed driving up, I guess, waiting for his wife to come out of an office building, bring her home. And this guy comes up and wants the car and shoots him right through the head, dead.

Donald Trump 00:19:21-00:20:01 (40 sec)

Uh, it was terrible and we don't have that anymore. We took out more than 5,000 career criminals and sent them back. Some were so severe, some were so bad, a lot of them came in through Biden's open border. Some were so bad that we couldn't let them out. We really put them in jail because we don't want to take a chance they come back in, but we had over 5,000. And, you know, there's one great statistic, Cindy, that I love, two percent of the people create 91 percent of the crime, because we can handle that, 2 percent.

Donald Trump 00:20:01-00:20:37 (36 sec)

You know, if it was 40percent, 50 percent, what are you going to do? That's tough. But 2 percent in Washington, 2 percent create 91 percent. That's great. And we took care of those 2 percent. We took care of them. And, you know, if you were a restauranteur, your restaurant was failing. Nobody wanted to eat out.

Donald Trump 00:20:37-00:20:56 (19 sec)

They were afraid. Even if you were in the restaurant, people would walk in and say -- like -- like the Wild West. They'd walk in, hold it up. You know, everyone's standing there in that restaurant. Can you imagine? A fancy restaurant, your hands are up. They're robbing the whole restaurant. It's crazy. And none of that anymore.

Donald Trump 00:20:56-00:21:20 (23 sec)

So, the restaurants were all going out of business. Now if you're a restauranteur, the bad news is you can't get a restaurant. You can't -- there's -- there's nothing for lease. Every restaurant is packed. You had no trouble getting in in the old days. That was two years ago under a totally corrupt administration, corrupt and weaponized.

Donald Trump 00:21:20-00:21:49 (29 sec)

I mean, there's never been weaponization like what they did to our people. In just a couple of months, we had it good. Three months, we had it really good. And now we have one of the safest cities anywhere in the United States, and it happens to be our great capital, right? Right? A big -- a big thing that's happened to our country is that -- the word tariff.

Donald Trump 00:21:49-00:22:05 (17 sec)

I always say my favorite word in the dictionary, but I get killed by the press because they say what about God? What about God? What about wife? What about relationship, children? What about your children? So, now I say it's -- now I say -- [Audience member calls out: "I love you, President Trump."]

Donald Trump 00:22:05-00:22:24 (19 sec)

I love you too, darling. [Laughter] I have no idea where you are, but you sound good to me. Oh, there she is. I do love you, actually. And look at her. Wow. Well, I'll get myself into political trouble. They have beautiful women in Mississippi, I can tell you. We're all in trouble. We're all -- They have -- look at these women.

Donald Trump 00:22:24-00:22:55 (31 sec)

They're standing up. We love you, Donald. We love you. They're so beautiful. It's crazy. But, you know, you're not allowed to say -- I'm not allowed to say that a woman's beautiful because that's usually the end of your political career. So, I will not say it. Excuse me for saying that you're beautiful, darling, if you don't mind.

Donald Trump 00:22:55-00:23:20 (25 sec)

I hope you weren't insulted. It's -- how crazy, how crazy is the world. But a big thing that's taking place because -- in much less than two years, because of tariffs -- and the tariffs are so great. They're making our country so rich. You know, the left loves to criticize tariffs, tariff. You know what they're doing?

Donald Trump 00:23:20-00:23:47 (27 sec)

They're keeping our -- our companies here. They're not leaving, and they're bringing everybody back because you don't have any tariffs if you build your plant in Mississippi or in the United States. They don't understand it. Crazy. We're building it all here. So, listen to this. So, because of that, they're all pouring in. We just signed a deal with Audi.

Donald Trump 00:23:47-00:24:11 (24 sec)

They're going to spend billions and billions. They're all coming in, Toyota, everyone's coming in. They're building -- we've never had anything like it. We secured commitments for $22.2 trillion, and that's up to about 15 or 16 months, of new investment into the United States of America, the greatest amount of money ever invested in our country's history or in any country's history.

Donald Trump 00:24:11-00:24:36 (25 sec)

There's never been -- $22.2 trillion. Do you know that, Roger, 22.2? And thanks to my tariffs, which I've been a fan of for years -- look, look, that's what China's been doing to us for 30 years. You know, I hate these stupid people back there. They go, oh, tariffs, tariffs. They don't cause inflation. You know what they cause?

Donald Trump 00:24:36-00:24:59 (23 sec)

Success. They cause growth. They cause jobs. That's what they cause. They always say, oh, they cause -- you know, in the last three months, we've had -- that's my time. You know, I inherited the worst inflation in history by far. In the last three months, we've had 1.7 percent inflation. And you know what we've had?

Donald Trump 00:24:59-00:25:24 (25 sec)

Unbelievable growth, the biggest growth in the history of our country. And wait til -- these plants that are all being built, automobile plants, SI plants, they're all being built. And when they open up the -- you know, when -- during COVID, we learned something. We don't make medicine. So, now Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Merck, all of them, hundreds of billions of dollars are being spent.

Donald Trump 00:25:24-00:25:42 (18 sec)

And I said to them very simply, here's the story. For two years, no charge, or 5 percent, 10 percent. For two years, you're going to pay almost nothing because they gotta build. You know, they're all outside. They're in China. They're in -- they're in Ireland. They're in -- all over the place, everybody but here.

Donald Trump 00:25:42-00:26:01 (20 sec)

We lost our chip business. They're coming all back. We lost our pharmaceutical -- we don't make anything here. So, I give them two years. I say two years, good. After that, you're going to pay ten, 15 percent, very low. After that, you're going to pay 50 percent. After that, you're going to pay 300 fricking percent.

Donald Trump 00:26:01-00:26:19 (18 sec)

And they say, oh, whew. So, they're all building their little hearts out because they don't want to pay. It's very simple. You know, but I -- I hear all these people that Trump has raised the costs. We haven't raised the costs. We have -- we have growth. And by the way, your incomes are going up much faster.

Donald Trump 00:26:19-00:26:40 (21 sec)

And if you look at the energy prices -- I was listening to one of your great, by the way, Congressman, right here -- nice job you did. But he was talking about the income. He was also talking about something else. He said that we didn't start the war with Iran. Iran started the war with us. Thank you. Thank you, Mr. Congressman.

Donald Trump 00:26:40-00:27:06 (25 sec)

I watched from Air Force One, great -- right? I asked him -- one of my favorite people. I asked him, do you mind if I copy that line? Is that plagiarism? Will you sue me for copying it? But it's true, in 1979. And they were killing our people for years. The SS Cole was an example. A lot of people died, but a lot of people died individually with the roadside bombs.

Donald Trump 00:27:06-00:27:33 (27 sec)

Soleimani -- you know Soleimani? I killed him in my first term, Soleimani. He was vicious. You know, we have people all over the country with no legs and with no arms, with a face that's been destroyed, young, beautiful people. I saw them at Walter Reed hospital. Many times I'd go over just to visit, and I would see them.

Donald Trump 00:27:33-00:27:54 (21 sec)

I saw a young man who went into the military just for experience. And he was from New Jersey. He went to, I think, Princeton. But he wanted to go in for experience and then he was going to go to Wall Street and earn a great living and make a lot of money. His parents were pretty well to do. He came from really a, you know, beautiful area.

Donald Trump 00:27:54-00:28:18 (24 sec)

And he was very handsome. I saw the picture before the accident. I saw a picture that was unbelievable, how handsome. I woulda looked -- I woulda loved to look like this. This kid was, like, a beautiful guy. And I went to the hospital and they -- I said who can I see? Because when I go for physicals -- every time I do a physical, I -- every time I do a physical, they say is there something wrong?

Donald Trump 00:28:18-00:28:43 (25 sec)

They are hoping. So far, so good. [Laughter] But -- Or I wouldn't have been able to do 26 of these suckers in a row, that I can tell you. Somebody says he has -- he has quite a busy schedule. You had -- let's see somebody else do it. But it's -- it's fun to do it. You know, when you love the people, it's fun.

Donald Trump 00:28:43-00:29:09 (26 sec)

You -- you know, God didn't make your vocal cords to do a rally every day. But when you love the people, it's fine. And we love you. We really do. But -- so I was in the hospital -- so I was in the hospital. I said anybody I could see? Yes, a young man has been badly, badly hurt, wounded in -- it was Iraq, and badly wounded.

Donald Trump 00:29:09-00:29:28 (19 sec)

And this was my first term. I never forgot it, though. I walked in and the father was a handsome guy, tall, beautiful looking guy, like, right out of Wall Street. He was in a beautiful dark pinstriped suit with a vest. And, I mean, he was central casting for a movie of, you know, a successful person on Wall Street.

Donald Trump 00:29:28-00:30:05 (37 sec)

That's a good thing, not a bad thing. And the mother was a beautiful woman. And they were probably 52, 55 years old, beautiful, like from a picture. And they had a picture of their son, who was as good looking as God can make somebody look. You know, he was just a perfect boy. And then I -- I looked in the bed, and I saw a young man whose legs were gone, whose one arm -- his right arm was gone, and his left arm was gone up to here.

Donald Trump 00:30:05-00:30:32 (27 sec)

And he was barely conscious, and he was saying, in a certain way, thank God I still have my left arm. He really didn't have much of it left. And his face was just horrible. And he sort of lives. You know, he lives. I check every once in a while, but he lives. And the amazing thing, he was a minesweeper. He would go around checking for mines, you know, the roadside bombs and stuff.

Donald Trump 00:30:32-00:30:53 (21 sec)

And he was the best at it. And he was all set to come home. He just wanted to spend two years to get to know -- you know, before he went on to Wall Street, became like his father. And he was leaving at 12:00, and the guys were going out at 7:00 in the morning and he said -- this was in Iraq. And he said -- not Iran, it was Iraq.

Donald Trump 00:30:53-00:31:20 (27 sec)

And he said, uh, I'll go with you guys, let me go with you. They said, no, you don't have to, go home. No, no we're friends, let's go. And he had the -- you know, the long bar, checking. And Soleimani was the father of the roadside bomb. And our guys were getting really good at detecting them, so they started making them more powerful and all out of plastic.

Donald Trump 00:31:20-00:31:40 (20 sec)

No more metal. Did you know that, Roger? They're made out of plastic, and so you don't -- the metal detectors don't work. And he got hit. And his people were all dead. He got hit. He got brought. And that was done by Iran because they made those bombs. They made all of the roadside bombs. They gave them out.

Donald Trump 00:31:40-00:32:09 (29 sec)

It was Soleimani's favorite weapon. They'd blow up cars. They'd blow up -- you know, we make our vehicles with two-inch steel on the bottom and it goes like this on the bottom. So when it goes up, the problem is if there's anyone on the sidewalks or anything, they get wiped out. And even the car, it got so strong that even that didn't protect anybody.

Donald Trump 00:32:09-00:32:44 (35 sec)

But they've been doing this to us for years, Iran has. Uh, they make great weapons, they're very smart people, but we've beat the shit out of them. They have -- [Audience chants "USA"]

Donald Trump 00:32:44-00:33:16 (32 sec)

And I don't feel we had a choice. They were two weeks away from having a nuclear missile. They're considered the number one state sponsor of terror in the world, smart. They were going to have a nuclear weapon, and we hit them very hard with our B-2 bombers, the two B-2s. What a job they did. They obliterated -- remember when CNN said, oh, no, it wasn't really -- it turned out to be complete tons and tons of rock on top of everything.

Donald Trump 00:33:16-00:33:40 (24 sec)

It was incredible. At late at night, 1:00 in the morning, with no moon. Can you imagine that? And every single bomb went right down the shaft. They flew in and then they got out. But -- but we have to make sure that we follow it up and they can't ever have a nuclear weapon. They would use it. By the way, they'd use it immediately.

Donald Trump 00:33:40-00:33:59 (19 sec)

They'd wipe out the Middle East. They'd wipe out Europe. They now have a missile -- you know, they had a missile that essentially reached Europe. They weren't supposed to, but they said -- we said, where the hell did they get that? And they'd hit our cities. They'd hit San Diego, they'd hit Los Angeles. They'd hit our cities, too.

Donald Trump 00:33:59-00:34:25 (26 sec)

So somebody had to do it and it had to be done quickly, because they were two weeks -- once they had it, it was a much tougher conversation that we'd have to have. And I heard your Congressman get up and say about 1979, that's absolutely true. They've been killing our people and other people too, by the way, not us, other people too, and this should have been done by other presidents a long time ago.

Donald Trump 00:34:25-00:34:55 (30 sec)

And we've wiped out their navy, so they have -- they had 159 ships. There are 159 ships exactly sitting at the bottom of the sea. They had 268 great jet fighters and the jet fighters are scattered all over the runways in little pieces like this, all over the runways of Iran. Their radar is largely gone. They've got some -- you know, they the problem is, as soon as you stop hitting them, they start rebuilding again, Roger.

Donald Trump 00:34:55-00:35:19 (24 sec)

You know, they got a little more radar. They have a little more this and that, and they try and produce some more drones and all. But, uh, somebody had to do this. And you know what, I don't want to belittle it because it's a big thing, but I thought the price of oil was going to go much, much higher. And I was fully prepared to do it because we really had no choice.

Donald Trump 00:35:19-00:35:36 (17 sec)

It should have been done a long time ago. And what's happening is it's going to stop very soon. We now have total control. You've been reading front page of the Wall Street Journal yesterday, said that we've taken -- we're taking more oil out of the Hormuz Strait than we did prior to the war starting. How about that?

Donald Trump 00:35:36-00:36:06 (30 sec)

We have the greatest blockade. Nobody's ever seen anything like it. The greatest blockade. Roger, we need some more ships. You'll help me, please, OK? He's -- he'll help me, he's great. He's a good -- you got a good man here. But we have the greatest blockade, probably in naval history. Nobody's ever -- not one Iranian ship has gotten through in many, many months, other than when we did a little cease fire.

Donald Trump 00:36:06-00:36:25 (19 sec)

We did a little cease fire, which I never liked very much. I consider it sort of a waste of time but, you know, you like to listen to professionals. But we did a little cease fire, so we let some ships get in. You know, we want to be nice, but it was just a waste of time, as far as I'm concerned. But, uh, we're doing a job.

Donald Trump 00:36:25-00:37:04 (39 sec)

We're doing a job for you. And the price of oil -- the price of oil is lower than it was, another thing the Congressman said, with Biden and Obama, and they didn't do anything having to do with destroying nuclear capability from Iran and our oil prices are lower than theirs. But they'll be down, like I said, in Iowa, when I made a speech, it was $1.85 on the top of the -- on the top of the jigger and it was $1.95. There were two pumps, $1.85, $1.95. I said, man, it's a shame I have to do this, but we really had no choice, you know?

Donald Trump 00:37:04-00:37:39 (34 sec)

And it's worked out fine and it'll be over soon. And they're never going to have a nuclear weapon. So really good -- really good statement you made, Congressman. Thank you. From 1979 and probably before that with a different name, you know? Right here in Mississippi, Toyota is investing $125 million to expand production at its Blue Springs plant.

Donald Trump 00:37:39-00:38:01 (23 sec)

And two days ago in Macon, Georgia, the chairman of Audi, big, big car company, Europe, stood up and announced that next month, they start construction on a $40 billion plant that will produce 200,000 cars a year. By the way, this is all because -- it's because of the election. It's because of good policy.

Donald Trump 00:38:01-00:38:22 (21 sec)

It's because we're the hottest country anywhere in the world, frankly. But you know what? You know what? No, think of it, two years ago, we were a dead country. We were dead. We were laughed at all over the world. They thought our president was a fool. They thought everybody was -- they thought we were all a bunch of lunatics.

Donald Trump 00:38:22-00:38:47 (25 sec)

Two years ago, we were laughed at all over the world. They didn't respect us. They didn't respect our leadership. They didn't respect a guy that went around all over the place trying to get, uh, environmental change. Remember John Kerry? He'd go on, all he talked about, the environment, the environment. Then he'd hop onto a plane, spew crap all over the air and go to the next site.

Donald Trump 00:38:47-00:39:28 (41 sec)

No, we were laughed at. Two years ago, we were laughed at and now every single leader in the world considers us to be the strongest, the hottest country anywhere in the world. And since the election, the stock market has set 88 all-time record highs. Think of that, that's much less than two years. You know, we're still -- believe it or not, we're still much less than two years.

Donald Trump 00:39:28-00:39:49 (21 sec)

Nobody thought we could do it this quickly. I didn't even think we could do it this quickly. Your 401-Ks are 60 percent higher. So when you go to vote and when you're thinking about voting for Cindy but maybe -- if there can be anybody in this room, I doubt it, but if you have any doubt before you go and vote, pick up your 401-Ks and check it out.

Donald Trump 00:39:49-00:40:11 (22 sec)

You'll see that you have made more money than you've ever made in your entire life, 60 percent, 65 percent, 58 percent. People are telling me right now, my wife is in love with me. She thinks I'm like a great investor. Sir, my wife loves me, she thinks I'm a genius -- darling, you're really good at this, aren't you?

Donald Trump 00:40:11-00:40:32 (22 sec)

Yes, darling. Here, we're up 64 percent, right? They didn't do a damn thing. The guy -- I always talk about the -- the policeman from New York. He said, oh, my wife, she always hated my financial ability. Now she thinks I'm a genius. But you gotta look at your 401(k). You know, they say, oh, Trump mentions this, that we have the highest stock market we've ever had.

Donald Trump 00:40:32-00:40:55 (23 sec)

That means jobs. That means income. That means all these things. But -- but it also means great for -- because you are in the stock market. A lot of people don't even realize it. You know, you're guided by the stock market. And when the stock market does well, you do well. But income for hardworking Americans has soared to the highest level ever recorded.

Donald Trump 00:40:55-00:41:17 (22 sec)

So, these next few facts -- I've done this, and I can't do it anymore. You know why? Two reasons, two reasons. Number one, people have heard it. And number two, it's really causing Secret Service a lot of problems, because I say these three things and then I walk off the stage. I leave. Then I come back and I finish up, but I walk off the stage.

Donald Trump 00:41:17-00:41:36 (20 sec)

And you see these guys all over the place? He's leaving. He's leaving way early, you know? But the reason I do it, it's fun, not fun for them. But the reason -- the reason I do it is because, when you hear these numbers, there's nothing else to say. Ready? So you heard about 401(k). You heard about stock market.

Donald Trump 00:41:36-00:42:13 (37 sec)

Forget that. So, I just said your individual income is the highest it's ever been in the history of the country, right? Now, here's my number two stat. More Americans are working today in the United States of America than at any time in the history of our country. And here's my third. We've created more than one million new jobs, and the poverty rate has just reached -- think of it. We have one million new jobs.

Donald Trump 00:42:13-00:42:34 (21 sec)

This is a 50 -- we're doing better than we've ever done in the history of our country. We've created, in a short period of time -- but another one, the poverty rate, has just reached its best and lowest level in American history, poverty rate. We don't want to talk poverty, but -- There are people that aren't doing so well.

Donald Trump 00:42:34-00:43:00 (26 sec)

But they're now doing better by far than they've ever done before. African American poverty, Hispanic American poverty, Native American poverty rates, Asian American poverty -- I just got those numbers today -- they're the lowest levels ever recorded. Now, think of that. So, we have boom, boom, boom -- And I'll give you one more.

Donald Trump 00:43:00-00:43:15 (15 sec)

And I really don't have to say that much anymore, you know? I should save my voice because -- because Barack Hussein Obama -- have you heard of him? [Audience boos]

Donald Trump 00:43:15-00:43:37 (22 sec)

He's the man that yesterday -- you know, he campaigned to sparse crowds, very sparse, very few people showed up. So, he fought me on -- he fought me with Crooked Hillary, came and campaigned. He said Donald Trump will never be president. He fought me with Crooked -- he fought me with Crooked Hillary. That didn't work out well.

Donald Trump 00:43:37-00:43:43 (7 sec)

And he fought me with Kamala. That didn't work out well. [Audience boos]

Donald Trump 00:43:43-00:44:01 (18 sec)

And now they say, oh, whoa, Barack Obama is going to start campaigning, and he's not even campaigning. Tell him he's not campaigning about me. Maybe he'll go home. But he came in yesterday and he made a speech. And part of his speech was to say isn't it terrible that Donald Trump spends a lot of his time -- very little time.

Donald Trump 00:44:01-00:44:22 (21 sec)

I do it very good. I'm really good at real estate and fixing things. I fix things very good, very beautifully and -- I always feel beautiful and inexpensive, which is a good combination if you can do it. But I can do it naturally. It's a natural thing. It actually relaxes me. Donald Trump spends a lot of his time fixing up the White House.

Donald Trump 00:44:22-00:44:51 (29 sec)

Isn't that a nice thing to do? The place -- No, he said this isn't a Cheesecake Factory, can you believe it, which is a very successful company. This isn't -- he doesn't like successful companies. But, you know, he was very critical about me because I spend time. And if you would have seen the White House -- I took over the White House, and it was in horrible condition.

Donald Trump 00:44:51-00:45:18 (27 sec)

I don't want to use a terrible word. It was in horrible condition. The plaster was falling off the exterior. You know, you have an exterior coat. The plaster was falling off. The paint was no good. A lot of the beautiful ornamentation that they have around the windows -- I mean, they had four or five windows where literally the ornamentation was up on one side and had fallen off or half fallen off on the other.

Donald Trump 00:45:18-00:45:51 (33 sec)

And I fixed it. We made a mold of the good one, and we put it on the other one. And we got it all beautiful. And then we skim coated with an exterior plaster that's phenomenal, the entire exterior, with the best artisans you've ever seen. And we delicately, one thing after -- we took tile that was broken, that was -- I mean, I don't want to say from Home Depot, but it does come from a box and it's not for the White House.

Donald Trump 00:45:51-00:46:21 (29 sec)

And it was badly broken in main areas. Cindy Hyde can tell you, and Roger can tell you. Like the white marble now going in, we have the most beautiful marble, the most beautiful. It's not money. It's peanuts. But the White House is now in better shape than it was in 1792 when it was built, right? Then I put in a really beautiful masterpiece.

Donald Trump 00:46:21-00:46:41 (21 sec)

The heliport is a masterpiece. It's got -- in fact, they were going to sue me, because I get sued on everything. I get sued. But it was so good they dropped the suit. They didn't sue. But the heliport is a masterpiece because the helicopters, you know, very expensive, good machines, were forced to land in grass.

Donald Trump 00:46:41-00:47:12 (31 sec)

And when it was wet, it was muddy. And helicopters that cost $100 million that are very heavy aren't supposed to be landing in mud. They're supposed to be landing on a helipad. So, we built a magnificent helipad -- With the eagle of the United States carved on top. Did anybody see pictures of it? Did you see pictures of it? People -- People love it. And for 150 years, they've wanted to have -- not me. I won't get to use it very much.

Donald Trump 00:47:12-00:47:32 (20 sec)

It'll be finished -- I'll have it for six months or something, but it's not for me. This is for the presidents. This is for the future. We built the most magnificent ballroom. We built the most magnificent ballroom you've ever seen. It's under construction. It's ahead of schedule. And -- and they'll say he wants a ballroom for himself.

Donald Trump 00:47:32-00:47:52 (20 sec)

I won't get to use -- you know, the -- I woulda done it in the first term, but I was under siege by the radical lunatics. You know, they were -- so, I didn't have time. I didn't have time. But they protected me, but I didn't have time. But -- we are going to soon have -- and you know what it is? The exterior windows are bulletproof, this thick.

Donald Trump 00:47:52-00:48:11 (18 sec)

The roof has steel on it this thick, drone proof, missile proof. You have a safe place for your presidents and for your cabinet. I mean, it's -- it's a -- and it's a beautiful thing, and it fits like -- But -- but -- but Barack -- Barack is saying -- he didn't talk about that. He really didn't talk about all that.

Donald Trump 00:48:11-00:48:33 (23 sec)

So, he talked about the ballroom, that he spends all his time thinking about the ballroom. He should be thinking about -- no, I should be thinking about terminating the JCPOA, which I did a long time ago, thank God, the worst, stupidest deal I've ever seen. And I said what a terrible thing to say. So, I said -- today for the press I said, look, tell Obama the following.

Donald Trump 00:48:33-00:49:01 (28 sec)

The White House is a symbol of America. And when it's dirty, filthy, dirty and broken, when the windows are cracked, when the exterior monument -- they call them monuments on the outside, when they're good on one side but missing on the other side of a window, people notice that. People -- I used to notice it. I came in -- 20 years ago, I came into the White House, and it was in -- I was surprised.

Donald Trump 00:49:01-00:49:25 (23 sec)

I looked, I said, man, this place is in bad shape. It really is. You know, nobody's really done it. It's been a long time. It was opened 1792, and I made up for lost time because we did a job. It's actually in better shape now than when it was built, actually, and much -- and more beautiful. And I didn't take any time.

Donald Trump 00:49:25-00:49:44 (19 sec)

I'd literally do it when I walk home from the Oval. I'd walk, I'd look up, I'd say, boy, that wall is really bad. Let's go. We gotta fix it, fellas. And I have very talented people. They have a great touch. You know, they'd pay -- in the past, they'd have a big crack from a truck that backed into a -- into a column, a big crack.

Donald Trump 00:49:44-00:50:07 (23 sec)

You know what they'd do? They paint it. They'd paint the crack and you'd see it 30 years later. Just -- it was in terrible shape. But the White House represents our country, and that has to be pristine. And I -- I would try and explain that -- To a guy like Obama, but he wouldn't understand. He doesn't -- he'd understand -- he doesn't understand the White House has to be clean, pristine, beautiful.

Donald Trump 00:50:07-00:50:29 (22 sec)

It can't have cracks in the column. It can't have big blotches of stone laying outside on the ground from 30 years ago. Some of it, believe it or not, some of it, not much, but some would lay there for years and nobody took care of it. Nobody loved it like I do. Nobody loved it. And now, the White House is in beautiful shape.

Donald Trump 00:50:29-00:50:54 (25 sec)

And I think, maybe, what do you think, Roger? I think maybe with all of the symbols, you got the Capitol building, I don't think any -- to me, I don't think any building represents our country more so than that gorgeous, beautiful White house, to me. And we have to fix it. So -- I report to you that it is in better shape than it's ever been.

Donald Trump 00:50:54-00:51:17 (23 sec)

It looks beautiful and now you see the -- and even people taking pictures, they say, what a difference between this and the way it used to look. So it's been my honor to do it. I have fun doing it. But exports have soared to the highest level in American history. Now, again, Obama. Obama said, we are not a manufacturing -- we will never be a manufacturing company -- country again.

Donald Trump 00:51:17-00:51:39 (22 sec)

Now, when he said that, I said, well, that's pretty bad. You know, we're going to have more cars being made in America very soon than we've ever had. Think of it, we have what we're doing in terms of manufacturing but look at that number. We are exporting more outside of our country, making it and selling it, than at any time in the history of our country.

Donald Trump 00:51:39-00:52:15 (36 sec)

That's called manufacturing. That's called whatever you want to call it. So when I announce that we're exporting and selling for nice prices, more. When I announce that the poverty rate is the best it's ever been, the individual rates the best it's ever been, more people are working in our country than ever before by far, that last -- in the last short period of time, we took in over a million jobs, over a million jobs, I say, I can't help Cindy Hyde-Smith any better than that.

Donald Trump 00:52:15-00:52:28 (13 sec)

I don't have to stay up here any longer. And what I've been doing in the past is walking off the stage, to the consternation -- to the consternation of the people that protect us. [Audience boos]

Note 00:52:28-00:52:30 (2 sec)

[A protester interrupts the event.]

Donald Trump 00:52:30-00:52:58 (28 sec)

Oh, go home. Go home. Go home. [Audience chants "USA"]

Donald Trump 00:52:58-00:53:43 (45 sec)

So he gets paid -- you know, they're paid protesters. They get paid $250 by, they think it's Soros. And they ruin their lives because now they get booked. Now they get booked. We don't usually press it too hard, but isn't that terrible? And I was just -- I was just at the punch line too. They always do it. No, I was just at the punch line, talking about and our country must have a beautiful, pristine, it's a symbol, the White House, the symbol of our -- and then, we don't want -- these people are sick.

Donald Trump 00:53:43-00:54:28 (44 sec)

For -- for $250, he broke up my punch line and it was a beauty. We have to have a beautiful, beautiful, well-kept White House, the symbol of our country. No, we usually have a few of them. They're a little late today. They're a little late. They're getting tired of being thrown out. Thank you very much. So -- four more years.

Donald Trump 00:54:28-00:54:55 (27 sec)

Four more years. That's the other one, four more years. Thank you very much. So, you know, I just got a thing. You know, we have the best-selling hat of all time, Make America Great Again, but we have this. We have one that just went out. It was called -- you know what it is? OK. You had a place called the Gulf of Mexico.

Donald Trump 00:54:55-00:55:17 (23 sec)

Now it's called the Gulf of America. Do you know the Gulf of America -- I never understood why. You know, we have 93 percent of the frontage and they have seven. So I did that. The president of Mexico, a really nice woman, by the way, with a beautiful voice, actually, and a beautiful woman. I'll say it again, beautiful woman.

Donald Trump 00:55:17-00:55:48 (30 sec)

She called me no, no, no, President, please, please tell me it's not so. So they were here a hundred years longer than us, Mexico, 350. We're 250. It's been named the Gulf of Mexico for 350 years. She said, please, please, tell me it's not so. Yes, actually it is so, ma'am. I'm sorry. Gulf of America. Do you know that the business around the Gulf of -- is like, tripled, quadrupled, and everyone's selling Gulf of America shirts, t-shirts?

Donald Trump 00:55:48-00:56:24 (37 sec)

And I recently renamed a little lake next to a place called Canada, that's charging us massive tariffs and they're willing to drop them immediately. No, I recently renamed a very beautiful lake, and it's called Lake America. It's done. It's actually done. No, Canada's treated us badly, but they want to make a deal badly, so we'll get that taken care of. But, you know, they've been ripping us off for a long time.

Donald Trump 00:56:24-00:56:48 (24 sec)

We don't like to be ripped off. They've been really charging us, by the way, tariffs, 400 percent to our farmers, selling their -- look, they're all nodding yes. Stand up, the blond-haired woman, the beautiful blond-haired woman. Am I right? They've been -- wow. You -- oh, as a farmer? You're a farmer? You don't look like a farmer to me. Do all farmers look like you?

Donald Trump 00:56:48-00:57:08 (20 sec)

I don't think so. But, so you're a farmer and you know what I'm talking about, 400 percent for dairy products. Nobody ever brings it up. I have to always do the dirty work. But they are dying to make a deal, don't worry about it. But we did change the name of their little lake to Lake America. So we have a lake.

Donald Trump 00:57:08-00:57:39 (31 sec)

Think of it, we have a lake and we have a gulf. Now we need a river and an ocean. So I'm thinking about the Atlantic Ocean, we call it the American Ocean. I think Europe will be thrilled. And you know what they told me? I won't do this, I promise. The Mississippi River, I'm not changing the name of the Mississippi.

Donald Trump 00:57:39-00:58:12 (33 sec)

I won't. Promise, promise. I'm not going to change. Boy, that would be terrible. Can you imagine that? Ladies and gentlemen, I'm pleased to announce we're changing the name of the -- and, oh, what state are we in? Oh, we're in Mississippi. I'm in deep trouble. We will -- I promise I will never change the name of the Mississippi, OK? That would not be -- Cindy Hyde and Roger, I think you'd have a little problem with me if I did that.

Donald Trump 00:58:12-00:58:34 (21 sec)

They would come roaring in. You know, she calls, and Roger, they said, we really want you to do this and that. She's about the ranchers, about the beef, about everything. The beef gone up a little bit. You know, it's gone up, but it's starting to come down. It's starting to come down. And, uh, we want to have more and we want to have it made here.

Donald Trump 00:58:34-00:58:55 (21 sec)

We want to have it, uh, all -- we want to get -- please get your herds up a little bit, if you don't mind. Please get your herds up. OK, Cindy, will you please get them up a little bit? But, you know, for 40 years, you lost your shirt, and, uh, you've never had a better time than me, but get the herds up. You got to get them up, please.

Donald Trump 00:58:55-00:59:22 (27 sec)

Please. But it's coming down a little bit. The gasoline's coming down a lot and oil prices have come down a tremendous, a tremendous amount. So, uh, we have -- we have a great country. With our Republican Congress, I signed the Great, Big, Beautiful Bill, delivering the largest tax cuts in American history, with no tax on tips, no tax on overtime and no tax on Social Security.

Donald Trump 00:59:22-01:00:07 (45 sec)

OK, we have time, let me ask you this question. Which is the best of the three? Clap. No tax on tips. Now, if I'm in Nevada, the place -- if I -- look, in Nevada, people are waitresses. If I'm in Nevada, but no tax tips. OK, ready? No tax on overtime. No tax on Social Security for our seniors. That's what I thought.

Donald Trump 01:00:07-01:00:38 (31 sec)

And we did something else. We made -- which has never been done in this country. We made interest on car loans tax deductible, but only if you buy a car that's made in Mississippi or America, ok? And we also just made the largest ever investment in school choice. People love school choice, so important. And under Republican leadership, Mississippi has gone from having the worst ranked schools in the nation to among the best ranked schools in the nation.

Donald Trump 01:00:38-01:01:11 (32 sec)

Mr. Governor, thank you. Mr. Governor, thank you, Tate. Wow, your great governor -- that's -- who do I give the credit to there, Cindy, you or the governor? I don't know. How about everybody? No, that's a -- it's true. You were ranked the worst in the nation and now you're one of the best. That's pretty good.

Donald Trump 01:01:11-01:01:42 (31 sec)

What's -- what's better than that? We also made the largest ever investment in the US Armed Forces. That was Roger Wicker working with me and lots of other people. Thank you, Roger. Great. Stand up, Roger. That's great. Roger, very powerful. He's very powerful, and good guy, good man. This includes nearly $400 million this year to bring shipbuilding back to Gulfport and Pascagoula.

Donald Trump 01:01:42-01:02:03 (21 sec)

Does anyone know Pascagoula? Pascagoula, Mississippi. We captured and brought to justice the outlaw dictator of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, who is now awaiting trial. And we won the war in Venezuela in one day, and we're now working with them and we're producing millions and millions of barrels of oil a week.

Donald Trump 01:02:03-01:02:32 (29 sec)

No, but the press doesn't like talking about that. The fake news doesn't like talking about Venezuela. Three weeks ago, I also signed an order waiving an off road requirement for red dye diesel, allowing farmers, truckers and anyone else to fill up their red dye diesel totally tax free. No tax, and you won't even need that soon.

Donald Trump 01:02:32-01:02:53 (21 sec)

It's going to come down very fast. It's going to come down very fast. The typical trucker or farmer will save hundreds of dollars every single time you fill it up. So, it's great. Last week I also announced the Harvest Fuel Relief Program, providing our farmers with $8 billion to offset diesel costs in the harvest season.

Donald Trump 01:02:53-01:03:17 (24 sec)

So, it's going to do a pretty good job to do that. And I think one of the most important things we've done in the bill, to protect family farms and small businesses, we eliminated the unfair estate tax or death tax so that -- If you leave your farm or business, small business to your children, they don't have to worry about the taxes to be paid.

Donald Trump 01:03:17-01:03:35 (18 sec)

There's been tragic stories, you know, tragic stories where parents leave their farm to their children. The children want to be on the farm. They love the farm. It's a way of life. I mean, there are some things that people do, farming -- even mining. Even coal miners, they want to mine coal. It's, like, amazing.

Donald Trump 01:03:35-01:03:52 (17 sec)

But the farmers love farming, and they -- their children do. Many times they want to stay, but they couldn't. They were losing their farms. They'd leave the farms. They'd have an estate tax put on them by the government, and they go out, borrow the money from their once friendly banker, who turned out not to be so friendly when they couldn't pay.

Donald Trump 01:03:52-01:04:19 (27 sec)

And they would oftentimes commit suicide. We don't have that anymore. We have no estate tax on yours as you leave your farm. If you like your children, it's good. If you don't like your children, then I've just wasted three minutes. And the Democrats -- Cindy Hyde, you know, the Democrats want to put it back on. I don't get it. I don't get it, including your opponent.

Donald Trump 01:04:19-01:04:38 (19 sec)

They want to put that back on, and they want to do the taxes and everything else. It's -- the whole thing is crazy. To protect our farmers from unfair trade practices, I recently gave them $12 billion in relief. And in my first term, I gave them $28 billion because it came from -- it came from China and the tariffs, $28 billion.

Donald Trump 01:04:38-01:04:59 (21 sec)

It was a small amount compared to what we took. I also gave you the right to repair your own equipment and trucks. Under the Dumocrats, truckers and farmers were prosecuted for fixing their truck. You know that, right? Do you know, I gave pardons two weeks ago to people that were fixing their truck. Sir, I would like to recommend the following.

Donald Trump 01:04:59-01:05:18 (20 sec)

What is it? A man was sentenced to five years in jail. Oh, what did he do? Who did he kill? He didn't. He fixed his truck. What do you mean? He was fixing the engine of his truck, and they caught him and he was sentenced, sir, to five years in jail. Did you know that? Does anyone -- do the farmers know that?

Donald Trump 01:05:18-01:05:35 (17 sec)

You know you're not -- you have to bring it to a certified plant. You know why? They thought you'd take off maybe some of the environmental equipment that makes it not work, by the way. And did nobody know that? I don't know what the hell I had that line in there for then. Why do I put -- do you know that, Mr. Congressman?

Donald Trump 01:05:35-01:05:52 (17 sec)

Do you know that I had -- I gave pardons over the last few weeks to many people who were put in jail because they were fixing -- because you're not allowed -- and the funny thing is these are farmers. These are guys that can fix the trucks better than the young kids that they put in plants to fix their truck.

Donald Trump 01:05:52-01:06:18 (26 sec)

They got put in jail. Yeah, Roger knew about it. I can't believe nobody knew about it. I'm so proud of it. What the hell am I wasting my time for? No, I gave them all pardons. Cindy Hyde-Smith is also leading the Buying American Cotton Act to strengthen Mississippi cotton farmers and to bring back textiles and bring them back in big numbers in the USA.

Donald Trump 01:06:18-01:06:38 (20 sec)

Thank you, Cindy. She's leading it. In addition, the United States Senate only has a few days left to vote against the ridiculous two times a year changing your clocks. It drives everyone crazy, which nobody wants to do anymore. Roger, can you work on that with Cindy Hyde, please? Everybody wants it done.

Donald Trump 01:06:38-01:06:57 (19 sec)

Most people are demanding sunlight. Look, most people -- I happen to like -- I happen to like sun in the afternoon. I don't need it, really, in the morning. But most people, I would say 70, 75 percent. But you know what 100 percent of the people want? They don't want to have to go all over the place changing their clocks.

Donald Trump 01:06:57-01:07:16 (20 sec)

And even churches and municipal governments, they have to hire cranes to go up. It's a dangerous -- even -- one thing that is -- you know, we have so many stats. Less crime is committed because you have more light in the evening, and criminals don't commit crimes in the morning. They commit them in the evening, less crime.

Donald Trump 01:07:16-01:07:29 (12 sec)

The House has already passed a bill five times to make Daylight Saving Time permanent. They've -- five times the House has done it, and the Senate needs to take a vote. [Audience member calls out, inaudibly]

Donald Trump 01:07:29-01:07:57 (28 sec)

I'm always late. You know, I had a big meeting and I was an hour late. I said how are -- sir, you're about an hour late. I said what do you mean Daylight Saving Time? We change it twice a year. And it's a -- even now they say -- you know, they have all sorts of excuses. It's ridiculous. They say, well, the clocks automatically change, but you don't know that.

Donald Trump 01:07:57-01:08:21 (24 sec)

So, the -- a clock automatically changed, and now you wind it back still further. So, it's a -- it's a stupid thing. It actually costs a lot of money. You know, when you add up the whole United States and what it's through -- and everyone hates it, and the Senate should vote it out and go back to one time and no more changing the clock.

Donald Trump 01:08:21-01:08:44 (23 sec)

As stated in the New York Post -- this was just out in one of the big newspapers, great newspaper, lawmaker -- New York Post. Lawmakers in Washington have tried to kill the clock change for good. And this summer, the House overwhelmingly passed the Sunshine Act, Democrats and Republicans, 308 to 117, which would make Daylight Saving Time permanent all year round.

Donald Trump 01:08:44-01:09:00 (16 sec)

So, it would have all year round a little more light in the evening. That bill, however, remains locked in the Senate, meaning Daylight Saving Time will end as scheduled, to the disappointed -- disappointment of many, many Americans. They're very disappointed -- [Audience member calls out "Thanks to Chuck Schumer"]

Donald Trump 01:09:00-01:09:22 (22 sec)

Whatever you two -- yeah, Chuck Schumer, that's true. Whatever you two can do, you ought to do it. Take a win. Just take a win. So, I hope they get it done. I got most favored nation agreements to reduce the cost of many prescription drugs from the highest price anywhere in the world and in the history of our country.

Donald Trump 01:09:22-01:09:44 (21 sec)

But we paid the highest price in the world to the lowest price in the world. It's coming from the highest to the lowest. We've achieved the largest drug price reduction in history, with price differences of 300, 400, 500 and even 600 percent. Can you imagine that? You think anybody else coulda done that?

Donald Trump 01:09:44-01:10:15 (32 sec)

No. We abolished all discriminatory diversity, equity and inclusion policies throughout the federal government. We got critical race theory and transgender insanity out of our school. We made English the official language of the United States government. And our country is doing so well under Republican leadership that only I can make you this promise.

Donald Trump 01:10:15-01:10:46 (30 sec)

I think it's a very important thing. If Republicans win the House of Representatives and Senate, I am going to give all adult citizens in the United States $5,000. And only Republicans can do that because Democrats can't even get close, because we're taking in massive amounts of money through tariffs and record-setting economic success.

Donald Trump 01:10:46-01:11:14 (28 sec)

But the Dumocrat policies won't allow this to happen. In fact, if the Democrats win, you will have a 1929-style economic depression. What they want to do is so bad for our country, you're going to end up with a massive recession or depression. They have no idea. Just like they like open borders, just like they like transgender for everybody, just like they like men playing in women's sports, the financial stuff is just as stupid.

Donald Trump 01:11:14-01:11:43 (29 sec)

If the Republicans win you'll each have $5,000 in your pocket and economic success for a country like you have never seen before. And remember, just recently, I gave all members of the military $1,776. And everyone said that couldn't be done and I got it done very quickly. Got it done very quickly. And it was popular, Roger, right?

Donald Trump 01:11:43-01:12:12 (29 sec)

You know, it was $1,775. They said, sir, we can do 17 -- I said, what about $1 more, 17 -- they said, I think we can scrounge it up, sir. So $1,776. Everyone said, no way you can do that. I did it because they deserved it. The $5,000 Trump dividend is approximately $1 trillion. It costs $1 trillion, but we have a record-setting $22 trillion and our growth is the biggest growth, the greatest growth we've ever had.

Donald Trump 01:12:12-01:12:41 (29 sec)

We want to pay down debt and everything, but it's the greatest we ever had. So it's something very easily handle-able. The only caveat is, if you call it the Trump dividend or whatever you do, the only caveat is you have to spend the money in the United States of America. You cannot go to France. Darling, let's go to France, let's go to France, it's so romantic.

Donald Trump 01:12:41-01:13:11 (30 sec)

Let's go to France and spend our money. No, we don't let you spend it in France. You have to spend the money in the United States. How is France doing with their radical left policies, by the way. Not too good, not too good. The choice is very simple in this election. You can vote for the radical left Dumocrat communists to loot your wealth, raise your taxes by $5 trillion, annihilate your borders, Decimate Mississippi farms and factories.

Donald Trump 01:13:11-01:13:36 (25 sec)

You're doing better as a state now than you've ever done before. Mutilate your children, and give 25 million illegal aliens amnesty and the right to vote. Or you can defeat the Democrat communists and vote more money in your pockets, bigger paychecks for your families, lower taxes, less crime, a booming Mississippi economy, and no amnesty for illegal aliens, but you must vote Republican. [Audience chants "USA"]

Donald Trump 01:13:36-01:14:29 (53 sec)

Thank you. Thank you. Every single Dumocrat in Congress voted against our tax cuts. They voted against no tax on tips. Every single -- not one Dumocrat. Isn't that a great term? Will that go down alongside of Pocahontas? Will that -- will that rank up there with like fake news and -- I think it does, because it gets right down to the heart of their -- it gets to their name.

Donald Trump 01:14:29-01:14:54 (25 sec)

They're Dumocrats because their policies are so dumb. They voted against no tax on overtime. They voted against no tax on Social Security. They voted against voter ID. They voted against proof of citizenship because they want to cheat. They voted against securing our border. They voted in favor of the worst inflation and highest energy costs in American history.

Donald Trump 01:14:54-01:15:18 (24 sec)

They voted in favor of transgender mutilation of your children, and they voted in favor of men -- oh, I can't get it, men -- my wife hates me when I do that. She says, that's so un-presidential. Darling, that weight lifting routine you do is very un-presidential. I can't. Then the guy comes along, bing, bing.

Donald Trump 01:15:18-01:15:48 (30 sec)

In favor of -- they voted in favor of men playing in women's sports. So on election night, Mississippi, it's going to prove that America does not belong to those who hate it, America belongs to those who love it. So Cindy Hyde-Smith is a fierce advocate and a friend of mine for a long time for this state.

Donald Trump 01:15:48-01:16:19 (31 sec)

And as Senator, she has delivered funding for 360 projects across the state, totaling over $2 billion. And very few people have a record like that. By contrast, Scott Cullom -- how the hell do you say that guy's name? What a name, Cullom, he's campaigning to give drug addicts taxpayer funded welfare, free health care to illegal aliens and he supports deadly sanctuary cities that release illegal alien criminals into your American community.

Donald Trump 01:16:19-01:16:53 (34 sec)

So, look, I don't have to go into him. He's a disaster. He wants to take your guns away, he wants to open your borders. You must reelect Cindy Hyde-Smith. Cindy, please come up. Thank you.

Cindy Hyde-Smith 01:16:53-01:16:56 (3 sec)

Is this not the best president in our lifetime?

Donald Trump 01:16:56-01:17:20 (25 sec)

Thank you, Cindy. I love that. You know, some -- sometimes they get up and they talk for 10 minutes. I say, oh -- that was one of the best I've ever -- Cindy, that was good. Who -- who -- oh, no, I had a guy recently, a nice, good man. I said, say a few words. He talked for 15 minutes. I'm saying -- that was a record.

Donald Trump 01:17:20-01:17:42 (21 sec)

That was great. I think you gained a lot of votes right now, Cindy. Thank you. I also want to thank Governor Tate Reeves, a friend of mine. He's been a great governor. A lot of the things you hear is because of him. And also a very special man, a man who's strong and smart and understands the military better than anybody.

Donald Trump 01:17:42-01:18:23 (42 sec)

And we buy a lot of equipment together. Senator Roger Wicker. Roger. Also Congressman Trent Kelly. Thank you, Trent. Congressman Michael Guest. Thank you, Mike. Thanks, Mike. Lieutenant governor Delbert Hosemann. Delbert? Thank you, good job. I hear you're doing a good job. Attorney General Lynn Fitch. Secretary of State Michael Watson.

Donald Trump 01:18:23-01:18:59 (36 sec)

Thank you, Michael. Agriculture Commissioner Andy Gibson. Thank you. Thank you. State auditor Shad White. Chairman of the Mississippi Republican Party Mike Hurst. Great job, great job. Well, got to do a good job. We won -- we won big. Thank you, Mike. Republican National Committeewoman Leslie Davis. Thank you, Leslie.

Donald Trump 01:18:59-01:19:22 (22 sec)

And country music singer Darryl Worley, who's great. Thank you. Great. Very good. Everyone here today is part of the greatest movement in the history of our country and there's a spirit going along. You know, when you watch -- oh, look at all these people back there, but when you watch them, they talk about the Democrat.

Donald Trump 01:19:22-01:19:38 (16 sec)

We have the real spirit. There have never been rallies like this. Outside you have thousands and thousands of people. There's never been anything like it. And just before finishing up, I'd like to show you two charts that came from, in all fairness, I gave them credit, CNN

Note 01:19:38-01:19:38 ( sec)

[Begin video clip]

Unidentified 01:19:38-01:20:00 (22 sec)

[Video clip] Okay. MAGA GOP on Trump. In the 2024 election versus Kamala Harris, he got 99% of the MAGA GOP vote. Perhaps surprisingly, I might have thought it'd be 100%, but it was 99%. Compare that to his approval rating now with the MAGA GOP. It's 98%. That is, there's been no real decline in MAGA support.

Unidentified 01:20:00-01:20:17 (17 sec)

[Video clip] These folks say that they're gonna vote for congressional Republicans come the midterm elections. Again, that's the 99% that Trump got against Kamala Harris. Look now, in terms of the congressional vote, 98% of them say they're gonna be voting for House Republican candidates. So that support is actually really holding up strong.

Unidentified 01:20:17-01:20:47 (30 sec)

[Video clip] It's really, really strong when it comes to MAGA GOP and the Republicans holding onto that vote. This one. Okay, the president Republicans most admire, it's Donald Trump. This is a historic comparison. A majority of Republicans say, 53% say he's the Republican president they most admire. Ronald Reagan, who traditionally has won that much, Donald Trump nearly triples up on this, Reagan at just 18%, and then Abraham Lincoln, who, by most historic accounts, is the greatest president of all time.

Unidentified 01:20:47-01:21:04 (17 sec)

[Video clip] But Republicans say that the president that they most admire by, what is this, is this is six, seven times as many, Donald John Trump at 53%, easily crushing Abe Lincoln at 8%. And the Elon Poll showed that he was the greatest president as well, Donald Trump.

Unidentified 01:21:04-01:21:11 (7 sec)

[Video clip] I feel like this slide might end up on a printout on his desk.

Note 01:21:11-01:21:11 ( sec)

[End video clip]

Donald Trump 01:21:11-01:21:45 (35 sec)

CNN. Thank you. Thank you very much. So in conclusion, if you elect a Republican House and a Republican Senate on November 3rd, so important, we will continue to put America first every single day. We will win the war on corruption and fraud, led by our great Vice President, JD Vance. We will pass the No Invasion of our Country Act, prohibiting any future president from ever opening our borders to illegal immigrants again.

Donald Trump 01:21:45-01:22:15 (29 sec)

We will ban sanctuary cities and pass the death penalty for large scale drug dealers, human traffickers, and anyone who kills a police officer or a member of law enforcement. We will pass the voter Identification Proof of Citizenship and SAVE America Act to defend our American elections from theft and fraud.

Donald Trump 01:22:15-01:22:46 (31 sec)

And we will enshrine in permanent law no men in women's sports and no transgender mutilization of your children. So, ladies and gentlemen of Mississippi, the golden age of America is upon us, but you must get out and vote Republican. It's the only thing you have to do. We've already made unbelievable progress, and now we will reach new levels of greatness.

Donald Trump 01:22:46-01:23:05 (19 sec)

That's what's going to happen, we're going to reach levels of greatness not even thought possible. It's my honor to be your president during such an exciting time in the life of our country. We've been doing this together for 11 years, and there's never been anything like it, and there probably never will be again.

Donald Trump 01:23:05-01:23:21 (17 sec)

It's been something, and the world has watched and the world doesn't even believe it. The world is falling apart and we're doing better than we've ever done. So let's go out and do what we do best, which is to win on November 3rd, win.

Donald Trump 01:23:21-01:23:56 (34 sec)

And let's make the next two years bigger, better, stronger than ever before, because we will make America powerful again, wealthy again, healthy again, strong again, proud again, safe again. And most importantly, we will make America great again. Thank you, Mississippi. God bless you. God bless you.
