Remarks: Donald Trump Holds a Virtual Tele-Rally for Darline Graham - October 15, 2026

Well, thank you very much, Darline, and I'm so proud of you. You're doing so well. It's incredible, actually. You have -- you have very good genetics, I have to tell you, and I wanna say a special hello to South Carolina. We won it, as you know, three times and we got the highest vote by far in the history of the state, all three times.

So I just wanna thank you, and that means you like me or love me, and I love you. And we're just 19 days away from the most important midterm election of our lives, because they wanna change all of these incredible successes we've had. They, uh, wanna do the opposite. They don't know what they're doing. So tonight, I'm asking every patriot in your state -- we have thousands and maybe hundreds of thousands of people on this line -- to get out and vote and elect Darline Graham to the U.S. Senate, Jenny Honeycutt to the House of Representatives, and Alan Wilson, who's, uh, just a great friend of mine for a long time, as is his father, to be the next governor of South Carolina.

That's a big deal. And early voting starts October 19th and ends on Saturday, October 31st. And vote early or vote on Election Day. That's Tuesday, November 3rd, as you all know. And, uh, if you could, just pretend I'm on the ballot. Because essentially, I am on the ballot because they're trying to destroy -- we've had the most successful two years -- and it's a little bit less than two years, actually, quite a bit less -- but we've done more in this short period of time than any other presidency, they say, in history.

There's never been anything -- between the military, uh, Venezuela. We've now taken the nuclear weapon away from Iran. You'll see that very quickly. It's gonna end very, very quickly. One way or the other, it's gonna happen very fast. Oil prices will drop like crazy. And yet, the oil prices are still much lower than both Obama and Biden and we did something that they should have done.

We took the nuclear weapon away from the No. 1 state sponsor of terror in the entire world and we couldn't allow that. So I hope you can pretend I'm on the ballot and go out and vote because, uh, it just works out this way. I get 49% more votes when I'm on the ballot than I do when I'm not on the ballot.

So, uh, in one way, that's a compliment. In another way, it's really something we have to get everybody out to vote. And if we do, Darline and the group are gonna all have tremendous success. So Darline Graham has devoted her entire life to the people of South Carolina and, after her brother, the late, great Lindsey Graham, a friend of mine.

A great friend of mine, he was a great politician. He helped me so much. He really was incredible. He knew everybody -- his -- knew his way around better than, I would say, anybody, and he was able to get people to do the right thing so that we could get lots of bills passed and, and create the success that we did.

But as you know, Lindsey passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly and everybody was devastated, especially Darline and myself as far as I can tell you. So it was terrible. Everybody in Washington. But I asked Darline to run when that happened because, uh, Lindsey had more respect for Darline than she had for anybody, I think including me, Darline, and I'm not happy about that.

I said, "Well, what do you mean, Lindsey?" He thought she was really, uh, unbelievable. He said, "The most incredible person I've ever known is my own sister." And I was not happy about that, Darline, but that's okay. He rated you higher than me and I'm not sure that I like it. But, uh, he was, he was great.

But he had such great respect for Darline. And she's already a highly respected member of the Senate, one of the most, and she is delivering very big for your state. Every single day, Darline's fighting to give you lower taxes, bigger paychecks, strong, secure borders. We have this most secure border in the history of our country right now.

And when I took over less than two years ago, quite a bit less, uh, when I took over, it was the worst border. They allowed 25 million people from all over the world into our country. It was a horrible, horrible thing that they did. And, uh, we got them out, many of them out, and we got the worst ones out or we're -- they're gonna be out very soon.

We're on their track. Murderers, uh, people, drug dealers, uh, people from jails. They emptied their jails from the Congo, from South, from South America, from all over the world, they emptied their jails into our -- like we're a dumping ground. Uh, Dar- -- Darline is at my side. She feels so strongly about this and she'll always defend your right to keep and bear arms.

She's gonna defend your Second Amendment like nobody else. There won't be anybody else that'll fight harder for it. And as you know, the Second Amendment is totally under siege. So Darline is running against a radical left lunatic named Annie Andrews. And, uh, she wants schools to turn your children transgender all the way.

She wants men in women's sports. She wants illegal aliens pouring into South Carolina. She wants to have open borders, high taxes, high crime. She is saying crime is not as important as other things. There's nothing more important. And she ov- -- even told her supporters to defund the police when you get a chance and abolish the police if possible.

We're going to abolish the police. So South Carolina, you know, as I said, I won your state in the highest votes ever gotten three times. This is not the value and this is not your values. This is the exact opposite of what you stand for and represents. So I say very simply, "Defeat Annie Andrews." She's horrible.

I don't know how she can even be up. And elect somebody that you are gonna say is one of the greats, Darline Graham. She's gonna be one of your -- you'll look back on this vote, this decision, this day of November 3rd, I guess, if you go that way or you go earlier, you'll say it was the most important vote you've ever taken because it's a midterm, but the midterm can really destroy everything that we've done.

And you also need to get out and vote for Jenny Honeycutt, who's fantastic for the 1st Congressional District. Jenny is endorsed by all of the sheriffs, every single one of them in the district, and she'll vote to cut taxes, bring more jobs and opportunity to South Carolina and defend America's borders.

She's gonna work with me very hard on that. Again, we had no people -- it's hard to believe actually, but, uh, people that lean left to make up this, this chart and these numbers, uh, nobody came in. Zero people were allowed into our country illegally through our southern border, 17 times now, 17 months. But Jenny's opponent, Nancy Lacore is called a -- and what she wants to do is raise your taxes substantial- -- she's called for a major tax high and admitted to a room of voters that she had done nothing for the Lowcountry and she didn't intend to. She's done nothing for the Lowcountry.

She said that to a different group of people. And then she said, "It's not about the people, it's about the Democrat Party. That's much more important than the people." Nancy Lacore only cares about the power for the Democrats and, uh, she's not gonna -- she can't possibly win. Her values aren't there. She also wants open borders, by the way.

So vote for Jenny Honeycutt, and Jenny's gonna be fantastic for just -- you'll be so, you'll be so proud of her. Between the two of them -- and now I'm gonna get to the third and he's very easy because I've known him for a long time. And his father's one of the greatest people that you'll ever meet. And, uh, that's Alan Wilson to be your governor.

And while Alan was attorney general, crime in your state fell to a 30-year low, and maybe we had something to do with that too. You know, the crime in the United States is down by 125 years, it's the best, the best numbers we've had. The murder numbers is from 1900, the lowest numbers. And that's despite the fact that we allowed lots of people under Sleepy Joe Biden, lots of people came into our country illegally and there were many, many very bad people that commit crimes.

And yet we have the lowest crime. And now we've gotten a lot of those people out and we're getting the rest of those people out very rapidly actually. I don't think anybody else could have done it. But we have great borders and Alan's gonna keep them that way. He's gonna help me. And, uh, again, in your state fell to a 30-year low and he recovered $2 billion of stolen fraudsters' money from South Carolina taxpayers and he got it back, which very few people do. They catch the thieves, but they don't get the money back.

Alan was actually able to get the money back. Alan will eliminate your state income tax. He's going to protect religious liberty like nobody else and care for our great veterans. Alan's opponent, Jermaine Johnson, missed over 600 votes in the state legislature, a record. He basically never went, including votes to stop child abuse, protect children from online predators, and punish fentanyl traffickers.

He wants to, what he wants to do is, is just, uh, unbelievable, what he's going to do. He's weak on drugs. He's so weak on drugs. And he's a person who has openly stated his distaste for police, his distaste for strong borders. He wants to have weak borders, and he wants to have anything having to do with anti-jobs, in other words, don't work.

He's going to ruin your state and it's -- we're not going to let him do it. So Alan's opponent is a disaster. Jenny's opponent is a disaster. And I have to say that my very really -- because I've known, I've known all of them. They're just a -- as good a group as you're gonna, as you're gonna get. But I've known Darline for a long time just through Lindsey and there's, there's nobody like this woman.

You're gonna be very proud. All three -- you're gonna be very proud. So once again, early voting starts October 19th and ends Saturday, October 31st.
