It is my Great Honor to nominate David "Clay" Fowlkes to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, a State I love, and won BIG three times. Clay currently serves as the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas where he has strongly prosecuted violent criminals, and made the wonderful people of Arkansas SAFER and STRONGER. Clay is a proud Arkansan, who attended Arkansas State University, and received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Throughout his distinguished career, Clay has proven his commitment to serving his State, and our Nation, by enforcing the Rule of Law, and putting our Constitution, FIRST. Congratulations Clay!
