I am pleased to announce the nomination of Judge James Crowell to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals! James is one of the best Judges on the D.C. Superior Court, and previously served as a Senior DOJ Official, and Chief of the Criminal Division in the Maryland U.S. Attorney's Office. He is also a longtime Army Reservist.
