Stuart is currently a Partner at Holland & Knight LLP, and previously served as a Judge on the D.C. Superior Court. He also worked as a Senior Official in the Office of the Deputy Attorney General, and was a TOUGH ON CRIME Prosecutor in the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office.
