I am pleased to nominate Joseph Falvey to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Joe is currently an Assistant U.S. Attorney, where he has done an incredible job protecting Public Safety, and promoting Law and Order. Joe is a graduate of Yale Law School and the University of Notre Dame, and previously clerked for three esteemed Jurists, Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, John Roberts, Judge Thomas Griffith of the D.C. Circuit, and Judge Dabney Friedrich of The United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He is also a Marine Corps Veteran and Pat Tillman Scholar.
