I am pleased to nominate Eric Hamilton to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. Eric has done a phenomenal job as the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Federal Programs Branch, defending our Administration's most important Policies in Court. A sixth generation Nebraskan, Eric previously served as Solicitor General of the State of Nebraska. He is a proud graduate of Stanford Law School and the University of Nebraska, and clerked for the highly respected Judge Thomas Hardiman of the Third Circuit.
